Hi paul, I work in a job where I have to brief people and do 2 minute briefings for many people and I really struggle with speeches, my anxiety makes me forget everything and my mind blacks out, please can you help me as it’s really effecting my mental health.

I had a psychosis after this hypnosis. I woke up completely scared and have to deal with the aftermath now. I feel horrible.

Interesting, so television is exactly that ( a planted vision) & not entertainment. We are creating all the time, simply aware or not of it.

Nevertheless, I asked Chatty (Chat GPT 4.0) about Napoleon Hill and it meant: "There were times when he was nearly bankrupt and went through significant personal and professional struggles.
